The next National Conference and Gala Awards held by the British Independent Retailers Association (Bira) will take place on Thursday 15th
May 2014 at Four Pillars Hotel, Cotswold Water Park.
Topics covered during the day long conference, which is aimed at independent retailers from across all retail sectors, include how to power sales, reduce overheads, boost profits and the pros and cons to going global or staying local, offering practical advice and information in these areas.
The conference coincides with the Bira Direct Suppliers Conference, with delegates from the supply side discussing the benefits and preferential deals offered to Bira members.
The day will conclude by celebrating the successes of inspirational young retailers within the UK, key suppliers and charitable champions of the retail industry at the Gala Awards Dinner later that evening.
