High-street retailer Primark is expected to close an ambitious £60m deal to purchase a Birmingham shopping centre over the next few days.
The 250,000 sq ft shopping centre is located in the centre of Birmingham and, if plans are confirmed, will be partly converted into a store three times the size of the retailer’s shop near Birmingham’s New Street station. The remaining half of the mall will be let out to other retailers.
